Where to go for spring sports conditioning

Although it doesn’t feel like it, this harsh winter is coming to a close. This means that the spring sports teams are preparing for their upcoming season. Many of them have already started their pre-season conditioning and workouts. Here are the current teams who have pre-season activities going on:

Girls Tennis

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30 to 3:30

Where: Weight Room

What it consists of: Working out in the weight room

Captains: Tamar Bellete, Sanjana Nayak

Coach: Mrs. Brunner

Girls Lacrosse

When: Mondays and Wednesdays 2:45 to 4:30

Where: Weight Room

What it consists of: Wall ball from 2:45 to 3:15, then workouts from 3:30 to 4:30

Captains: Maura Johnston, Lupe Tamayo, Grace Hansen, Emily Reid

Coach: Mr. Devellis

Boys Lacrosse

When: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 2:30 to 4:30

Where: Weight Room

What it consists of: Stickwork and conditioning for an hour, working out in the weight room for the other hour

Captains: Jake Hansen, Zach Rubin, John Hicks

Coach: Mr. Stone

Boys Baseball

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30 to 3:30, Wednesdays from 3:30 to 4:30

Where: Weight Room

What it consists of: Working out in the weight room

Captains: TBA

Coach: Mr. Mulvaney

Spring Football

When: Mondays and Fridays from 3:30 to 5 and Wednesdays from 2:30 to 3:30

Where: Weight Room

What it consists of: Working out in the weight room

Captains: TBA

Coach: Mr. Devellis

Softball

When: Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 3:30

Where: Weight Room or Outside Field

What it consists of: Working out in the weight room with Ali, Hitting and Fielding

Captains: TBA

Coach: Tom Peia
