Although it doesn’t feel like it, this harsh winter is coming to a close. This means that the spring sports teams are preparing for their upcoming season. Many of them have already started their pre-season conditioning and workouts. Here are the current teams who have pre-season activities going on:
Girls Tennis
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30 to 3:30
Where: Weight Room
What it consists of: Working out in the weight room

Girls Lacrosse
When: Mondays and Wednesdays 2:45 to 4:30
Where: Weight Room
What it consists of: Wall ball from 2:45 to 3:15, then workouts from 3:30 to 4:30

Boys Lacrosse
When: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 2:30 to 4:30
Where: Weight Room
What it consists of: Stickwork and conditioning for an hour, working out in the weight room for the other hour
