Westhill held the Second Annual Poetry Out Loud School Finals on Thursday, January 28th. The competition exhibited the poetry recitation talents of Noah Klein, Sabine Sawyer, Cha-Anya Glover, Hannah Nekritz, Theresa Persico, Georgia Birkett, Marcos Pinto-Leite, Maria Yeremeev, and Nastasja Haughton. The young muses made judging hard for Mr. Wooley, Mr. Pinsince, Ms. Walden, and Ms. Reap, but ultimately Nastasja Haughton emerged as champion reclaiming her title with Hannah Nekritz as the runner-up.
