On October 2, 2015, Westhill hosted their annual Ernst and Young visit to support the entrepreneurship and business programs that are offered at the school by Ms. Poyser and Mr. Temelini. Ernst and Young is an accounting and auditing firm that sends fourteen volunteers to educate the students on topics ranging from the pros and cons of credit cards, to the process of applying for financial aid during the college search.  This includes helping students understand applications, financial aid, loans, and scholarships.  Five to six classes, comprised of near 150 students in total, had the opportunity to meet up with the employees to learn more about accounting.  “The program gives real world life skills that students can use today and when they graduate,”  said business teacher Mr. Temelini.
